Director, Learning Content

Responsibilities Lead the design, development, review and maintenance of high-quality, learner‑centric content across CFA Institute education products Translate complex, real‑world investment practice into clear learning content Collaborate closely with learning design, assessment/exam teams, product management, marketing and subject matter experts Work closely with external authors, reviewers, practitioners and consultants Contribute to curriculum alignment with learning outcomes and market‑relevant professional standards Ensure content is accurate, rigorous, accessible for a global audience and delivered to agreed timelines Requirements Credible experience in investment management, financial services, finance education or closely related field Experience developing, contributing to or reviewing professional, university‑level, client‑facing or internal learning/training/content materials in finance or related disciplines Clear and authentic motivation to work in learning content and education Track record of producing accurate, high‑quality and market‑relevant content Strong stakeholder management skills Proven ability to operate independently in a global, cross‑functional environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
