We are the rebellious hero.HR Manager, Manufacturing Duties & Responsibilities:Serves as HR business partner to the plant operations teamSupervises the plant HR team; provides coaching and guidancePlans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activitiesEnsures policies, procedures and reporting are in complianceRecruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positionsAssists with employee orientations to foster a positive work environmentConducts employee relations investigationsWorks with management and senior HR leaders in appropriate resolution of employee relations issuesResponds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programsSupports the administration of performance reviews and discussions to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organizationEnsures consistent, timely, and accurate application and compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws and regulationsManages and tracks employee attendanceEnsures facility is FLSA compliantConducts HR employee related training when requested and as neededEnters and maintains data within HRIS system, to include onboarding and offboarding employeesSupports payroll with pay and timekeeping concerns / issuesProvides strategic input to departmental projectsMakes data driven decisions and develops sustainable solutionsContinuously evaluates existing programs and processes, and proposes new initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce wasteUnderstands, identifies, and addresses conflict within own team and between teamsConducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommends corrective actionHR Manager, Manufacturing Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fieldMinimum 5 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environmentMinimum 5 Years – Experience working in Human Resources PositionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with hourly and salaried employees across multi-statesExperience in directly supporting an organization undergoing transformative changeDemonstrates ability to think analytically and synthesize complex informationShoals Technologies Group, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
