Our technicians are the face of our company. They work independently, follow clear procedures, and take pride in doing things the right way. Please note we are seasonal and the jobs go from March - November THIS IS NOT A SUMMER ONLY JOB OPENING! This is not a landscaping job. This is not mowing. This is a professional lawn care position.· Service residential lawns using professional equipment and products. · Follow route schedules and service instructions exactly. · Operate and maintain equipment safely and responsibly. · Communicate professionally with customers when needed. · Communicate respectfully and in a timely manner with office and team members. · Apply products accurately and safely. · Document work clearly and correctly. · Keep your truck, equipment, and uniforms clean. · Follow all safety, PPE, and handling procedures. · Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with confidence and professionalism.· You show up on time and ready to work. · You follow instructions without cutting corners. · You care about safety and doing things correctly. · You take responsibility for your route and equipment. · You communicate clearly and respectfully. · You work well independently but respect the team. · You take pride in your work.· You dislike structure or rules. · You rush through work to finish early. · You ignore safety steps. · You struggle with accountability. · You treat seasonal work as temporary effort.Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourHere at Lawn Doctor, we have a very simple approach to our work—be safe, have fun, and change the world one lawn at a time.
