Lead Case Manager: Clinical Discharge & Utilization

STHS Edinburg

STHS Edinburg is seeking a Lead Case Manager responsible for managing resource utilization and clinical outcomes for patients, along with overseeing discharge needs. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of case management or social work experience, preferably multi-unit exposure, and be bilingual in Spanish. Candidates must hold a valid license in Texas as an RN or BSW/LMSW, with a preference for higher education. Compliance with all policies is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
