The Role We’re hiring a Sales Manager to take control of our front‑end sales operation and drive growth. This is not a passive management role. You will own the numbers, lead the team, and set the tone. Your responsibilities Drive revenue through high‑ticket custom builds and upgrades Lead, coach, and hold service advisors accountable daily Enforce a structured, proven sales process Track and improve KPIs (ARO, closing ratio, GP, car count) Ensure every customer gets a premium, consultative experience Work closely with technicians to align sales with production capacity What Makes This Role Different You’re not selling basic repairs.
