LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE IN APPLIANCE REPAIR

About us
We’re a fast-growing, factory-certified service company handling both residential and commercial appliances across the DFW area. We pride ourselves on honest communication, clean workmanship, and taking great care of our technicians so they can take great care of our customers. Most of our work is  customer-pay (COD) , with some warranty and manufacturer jobs mixed in.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose and repair major appliances (residential & light commercial) in the field.
• Communicate clearly with customers on findings, estimates, and next steps.
• Close out jobs accurately in our system (parts, labor, notes, photos).
• Keep a clean, safe work area; follow company and manufacturer procedures.
• Represent the company professionally, on time, every time.

What you need

• Prior appliance repair experience (multi-brand preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Clean, valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Professional, honest communicator with solid customer service.
• Able to lift/move appliances with proper equipment; comfortable with ladders/attics when needed.

Nice to have (not required)

• Factory certifications (Bosch, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, etc.).
• EPA 608/Sealed System experience (refrigeration diagnostics, sealed system work).
• Experience with both residential and commercial equipment (ice machines, undercounter, reach-ins).

Compensation

• Percentage of completed work (commission/flag-based). Higher efficiency and quality = higher take-home.
• Additional incentives/bonuses available for first-time fix rate, reviews, and productivity.

Schedule

• Standard business hours with occasional after-hours or weekend availability as needed (paid).
• Consistent work volume across a  large DFW service area .
