Junior Systems Administrator

Junior Systems Administrator to support IT operations, focusing on system monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement, working with one of our key U.S. clients. Responsibilities Analyze system performance trends and support capacity management Monitor services and respond to incidents using monitoring tools Troubleshoot technical issues and support resolution processes Assist in system configuration and infrastructure improvements Maintain and update documentation Requirements Knowledge of IT infrastructure fundamentals (servers, networks, operating systems) Experience with monitoring tools and incident management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to follow processes and work in structured environments Good communication and teamwork skills Certifications (Preferred) CompTIA A+ or Network+ Microsoft certifications (fundamentals or associate level) ITIL Foundation Languages Intermediate to advanced English Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
