Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health needs. You will design personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, integrating various therapeutic techniques suited to individual client preferences and treatment goals. \n
- Work collaboratively with clients to establish and refine therapeutic goals. Offer continuous support and guidance throughout the treatment journey, encouraging their progress and addressing any barriers they may encounter. \n
- Document all therapy sessions meticulously, tracking client progress and maintaining accurate records to ensure continuity of care. \n
- Engage in regular consultation with the team for case reviews and supervision, promoting a collaborative and cohesive approach to client care. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is a fundamental requirement. \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology strengthens your application. \n

- Empathy and compassion are paramount, as you will work closely with clients facing various challenges and life experiences. \n
