Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school education is a plus
• Several years of industrial maintenance or related mechanical experience
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience safely operating power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures

Job Duties

• Inspect production machinery and equipment during the assigned shift
• Diagnose mechanical problems and equipment failures
• Repair and rebuild machinery and essential components
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Respond quickly when equipment failures interrupt production
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and technical instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely to complete maintenance work
• Help keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance team members

What You Will Do


As a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
