We're currently seeking a personable and motivated Speech Therapist ST to join our growing team. You’ll work 1:1 with adult and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes—helping them reclaim communication, swallowing function, and confidence in their daily lives. What you'll do as a Speech Therapist ST : Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes Develop and implement personalized care plans Evaluate speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies Collaborate with nurses, PT/OTs, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes Who you are as a Speech Therapist ST: Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in (PA) ASHA CCC-SLP Certification 1+ years of experience (home health a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!)
