Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Support multiple community health clinic pharmacies across the Baltimore area with a per diem retail pharmacist role offering 1-2 days per week of flexible scheduling. This opportunity involves providing high-quality outpatient pharmacy services in various locations, assisting diverse patient populations including underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform typical outpatient pharmacy duties including dispensing medications and counseling patients.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians during shifts.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Float between multiple clinic sites across the Baltimore region.
• Maintain compliance with hospital-level health and safety screenings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of 340B pharmacy programs preferred.
• Proficiency or willingness to train on ScriptPro software.
• Spanish language skills are a significant plus.

• St. Agnes, Baltimore, MD
• Rosedale, MD
• Yard 56, Baltimore, MD

Schedule:

• Per diem, 1-2 days per week as needed.
• Day shifts available, Monday through Saturday.

This position requires maintaining strict compliance with health screenings and regulatory standards similar to hospital settings. Candidates will have the opportunity to interview directly with leadership upon submission of an updated resume, skills checklist, a retail manager or supervisor reference, and a valid MD pharmacist license.
