Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Aseptic Technician I to support the production of sterile pharmaceutical products for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Pearl River, NY. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in cleanroom settings and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and product integrity in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aseptic gowning and work within controlled cleanroom environments
• Prepare, sterilize, and transfer materials, equipment, and supplies into manufacturing areas
• Support aseptic filling, compounding, packaging, and other sterile manufacturing operations
• Monitor environmental conditions and identify potential contamination risks or deviations
• Maintain accurate batch records, production documentation, and logbooks
• Follow established SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures at all times
• Participate in cleaning, sanitization, and routine maintenance activities within cleanroom facilities
• Assist with quality assurance, validation, and compliance-related activities
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure production goals are met
  

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, aseptic processing, biotech, laboratory, healthcare, food production, or another regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE and gowning
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical training in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Previous cleanroom or aseptic manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing standards
• Experience with sterilization, aseptic filling, compounding, or packaging processes
• Prior experience supporting quality or validation activities
