Schedule/Hours

• Full-time travel assignment
• Rotating day and evening shifts, including some weekends and on-call shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after surgery to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards
• Provide patient and family education about surgical procedures and post-operative care
• Accurately document intraoperative care and respond quickly to emergent situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments
