About the Role As a Provider Recruiting Manager at Nourish, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to improve health outcomes through better nutrition. You will lead and develop a team of Provider Recruiting Associates (PRAs) whose goal is to scale our provider network and ensure more patients can access the care they need. You will report directly into the Director of Provider Acquisition and work closely with the broader Provider Growth team and cross‑functional partners in data and operations. This role is full‑time and open to remote candidates. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team to hit and exceed activity and output targets Own rep skill development, diagnosing what's holding each rep back and building toward it Review call and meeting recordings systematically, deliver feedback, and hold dedicated feedback sessions to reinforce best practices across the team Own the team's daily and weekly activity scorecard, identify negative trends early, and translate them into coaching moments or elevate gaps to the Director Lead a portion of the interview process for new hires and own the execution of onboarding and ramp milestones for new team members Implement performance management processes in close partnership with the Director Foster a positive, high‑accountability team culture that reflects Nourish's values and keeps the bar high You’ll love this role if: You're mission-driven .
