Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and customer-focused Client Onboarding Coordinator to support new client setup, account communication, and day-to-day onboarding activities in Miami.

This role is a good fit for someone who communicates clearly, follows through on tasks, and enjoys helping customers move smoothly through a structured process.

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process

• Collect and organize required account information

• Update customer records in internal systems

• Schedule onboarding calls and follow-up appointments

• Respond to client questions by phone and email

• Coordinate with internal teams to complete setup requests

• Track onboarding progress and outstanding items

• Maintain accurate notes and documentation for each account

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good organization and attention to detail

• Comfortable using CRM and office software

• Able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines

• Professional and dependable

• Previous customer service, account support, or administrative experience is preferred
