Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent applicable work experience.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including HIPAA.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or departmental operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying organizational policies and procedures within a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
• Previous experience managing finance or business office staff.
• Healthcare finance or hospital financial management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to support strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives.
