Employment & Labor Associate (4-6 Years Experience) - Minneapolis, MN

Overview:
We are seeking an Associate to join the Employment & Labor department in our Minneapolis office with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
*4-6 years of employment law experience, including agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements and employee handbook policies, and providing direct employment advice to employers
*Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Strong academic background and professional credentials
*J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
*Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $225,000-$250,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
