Attorney - Experienced Litigation/Trial

LiMandri & Jonna LLP ( located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, has a rare opening for an experienced litigation/trial attorney. The firm handles complex civil litigation that generally falls into three categories: (1) serious personal injury/wrongful death/medical malpractice and insurance bad faith cases; (2) commercial litigation involving business, real estate, and investment disputes; and (3) First Amendment litigation involving the defense of religious liberty (including Title VII and related employment claims). The firm has a team of 10 seasoned lawyers that handle high profile, cutting edge litigation in state and federal courts throughout California.

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of litigation experience (prosecuting and defending civil actions, drafting briefs, taking and defending depositions, arguing dispositive motions, and examining witnesses at trial); strong academic credentials; and a passion for the firm’s practice areas.
