Job Summary We are looking for an INSPECTOR who will perform visual and dimensional inspection of in-process forgings to ensure production requirements and specification are met. Job Requirements Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment. Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs. Use appropriate tools to examine the dimensions of forged parts and ensure that they are meet requirements. Keep accurate count and record of part/work pieces to ensure traceability. Inspect and approve the first piece of a job before running entire production. Work collaboratively with other employees/departments across APP. Report faulty equipment or facility defect to supervisor. Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the department manager. Skill Requirements Must be able to read blueprints. Must be able to drive forklift. Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time. Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace. In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person. English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension).
