Position Details Requisition ID: 931469 Store #: 000892 LensCrafters Position: Full-Time Pay Range: $33.69 - $39.02 Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations Custom fit glasses and accurately place prescriptions in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements; adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail to meet standards and customer needs Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions Use technology accurately and efficiently under time pressure, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tool usage Be proactive, explore root causes of issues, forward‑thinking, and ensure customer satisfaction and exceeded expectations Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies Maintain store appearance, keep the store clean, attractive, and organized Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and pursue continual learning, improvement, and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPAD/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators Embrace new technology and change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience Benefits Competitive bonus and/or commission plan, health care, retirement savings options, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
