Project Managers are solutions-driven project leaders with a focus on maintaining and cultivating healthy, productive relationships through strong internal communications and resource management.Job SummaryThe Senior Project Manager leads work within the agency and manages the progression of assignments and owns communications and exercises project controls. The Senior Project Manager creates and maintains project plans that demonstrate a cohesive understanding of deliverables, tasks, dependencies, staff resourcing and agency process. They also assess project risks and communicate contingency plans to stakeholders.Job Responsibilities Lead a large piece of business in partnership with the Account leadsConduct resource utilization reporting and ongoing management of scope and budgetManage career development of Project Managers and Junior Project Managers and maintain a holistic view of their piece of business while managing day-to-day Manage and mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure their successful growth within the departmentCollaborate with account and production leads to plan out and implement efficient ways of workingDraft initial staff plans for Statements of Work on assigned business or accountCollaborate with the Account lead to plan high-level project timing and advise on scopes and staffing allocations for the Creative DepartmentManage schedules, resource allocations profitability and reflighting within Workbook.Basic Qualifications4+ years of project management experience and leading integrated teams3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of film, radio, social or application design projects.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing multidisciplinary teams including Strategy, UX, Creative and DesignHigh proficiency with project management softwareAbility to manage project budgets, scope and resource utilizationStrong leadership and mentoring skillsExceptional organization skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentOutstanding communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive equivalents Entrepreneurial nature and ability to solve for new processes and client/team needs Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
