Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to guide them towards meeting their functional aspirations

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices to foster continued progress at home

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to success

Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
