Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Barstow, California. This role involves providing obstetrical care to labor and delivery patients during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases. The RN will utilize the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality, safe care in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic obstetrical setting.

• Additional Information: The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing obstetrical care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetrical care to Labor and Delivery patients. Responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process, demonstrating critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education, delegates patient care priorities appropriately, and provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel. Please note, all travel submissions must document at least 2 years of experience and prior travel experience. No local candidates will be accepted. All Quorum facilities are PWP facilities, meaning vendors will not receive payment until the facility has paid the organization.
