Job Description You will be the Senior Quality Engineer supporting an Advanced Programs development program at Lockheed Martin in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services provided by suppliers across the United States, and we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead these efforts. What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for performing product source inspections, first articles, and product validations at supplier locations, as well as providing internal and supplier support for root cause and corrective/preventive actions. You will work closely with suppliers, program management, and customers to ensure that quality standards are met and program requirements are fulfilled. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting scheduled product source inspections, first articles, and product validations at supplier locations
- Providing internal and supplier support for root cause and corrective/preventive actions
- Supporting supplier requests and interfacing with customer needs and program management activities
- Participating in supplier failure/diagnosis and Material Review Board (MRB) activities as required
- Performing ongoing surveillance of supplier conformance to Lockheed Martin requirements and providing written weekly reports
- Providing technical liaison support related to quality engineering matters
