Key Responsibilities\nAs the primary Counselor, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

- Enrolling clients in appropriate counseling programs and managing ongoing cases. \n

- Participating actively in clinical supervision meetings to enhance your professional development and improve client care. \n

- Tracking monthly data reporting and case management activities to ensure operational efficiency. \n
The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals affected by domestic violence, including women and teens facing significant emotional challenges. You will also be trained to offer specialized therapy to children, utilizing play therapy as a medium for expression and healing. Your role will be crucial in advocating for clients' needs while promoting emotional health and stability in a supportive framework.
Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n
- An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience providing individual counseling and family interventions. \n
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and familiarity with community resources for domestic violence support. \n
- Availability to work late afternoon hours (3-8 pm) at least two evenings weekly. \n
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet potential on-site obligations. \n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
