Home Health Sales Specialist Responsibilities

As a Home Health Sales Specialist, you will:

• Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home healthcare services.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions, and proposal or contract pricing.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.

Required/Preferred Experience/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (i.e. nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers, and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $64,600 - $86,400 per year

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
