Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Sales team, Sales Center, and customers. The ultimate goal of this role is to serve as a liaison between the company and its customers regarding product availability, delivery coordination, order entry, order status, and problem resolution.Duties and Responsibilities:Act as branch point of contact for key accountsSupport accurate order completion, processing, and tracking. This includes e-commerce and direct customer orders.Ensure timely deliveries and jobsite logistics and proactively communicate any delays when necessary.Facilitate accurate job quotes, purchase order management, credit rebills, and Scope of Work (SOR) documentation.Provide product information, assist customers with product selection, and with after-sales support.Provide customer service via phone, email, and text.In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experienceDemonstrated customer service skillsProficient in MS Office applicationsStrong organization skillsAbility to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-taskPreferred Qualifications:English/Spanish bilingual a plus, but not requiredWork Environment: Sales Center Office; Work Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pmPhysical Demands Demand FrequencySedentary – Lifting 0-10 pounds OccasionalLight Lifting – 10-20 pounds OccasionalModerate Lifting – 20 to 50 pounds NeverHeavy Lifting – 50 to 100 pounds NeverPulling/Pushing, Carrying OccasionalReaching or working above shoulder OccasionalWalking FrequentStanding FrequentSitting ConstantTalk, Drive, visit customers etc. FrequentEEO Statement Watsco and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of age, color, race, religion, disability, sex, or national origin.
