In this highly visible leadership role, you will identify and secure top talent, manage artist and agency relationships, oversee entertainment contracts, and ensure events align with guest preferences and organizational goals. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience while supporting entertainment initiatives across Route 66 Casino Hotel and its sister property, Dancing Eagle Casino. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven professional with experience in live entertainment, venue operations, or hospitality. You will lead a talented team of technical and box office professionals, manage entertainment budgets and revenue forecasts, and collaborate across casino, hotel, restaurant, and marketing operations to deliver exceptional events.
