Member Specialist

What you’ll do Provide member service, including checkout support, guiding members through self‑service technology, processing transactions, and handling payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, assist members with product selection and purchasing decisions, promote company products and services, arrange and organize merchandise, and ensure a safe shopping environment. Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations to facility management, and identify shrink and damages. Train Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technologies, and tool functionality; deliver program roll‑out training and support continuous learning opportunities. Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and addressing improvement opportunities while adapting to change. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Experience working with mobile retail applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with self‑service technology and associate training. Hourly Pay The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
