We treat a variety of diagnoses including sports-related injuries, spine, post-op and some vestibular and gait/balance patients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building relationships already established with local school trainers and referral sources to develop and grow our sports, manual and orthopedic programs.The clinic is conveniently located near the intersections of 635/114 and George Bush Turnpike. The scheduled hours are flexible but will include 2 late evenings each week in order to help build and sustain our sports rehabilitation and outreach.Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as neededQualificationsCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.Additional DataEqual Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
