\n We are currently seeking a full-time  Nurse Practitioner or  Physician Assistant  to join our team in Amarillo, Texas. This  Advanced Practice Provider (APP)role plays a key role in all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, management, education, and care coordination. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise, collaboration, and professionalism while working closely with both administrative and medical staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.\n

• Conduct thorough and accurate history and physical assessments.
\n
• Collaborate regularly with physicians to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans.
\n
• Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
\n
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (eClinicalWorks).
\n
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes health and wellness.
\n
• Ensure consistent, coordinated communication among all members of the care team.
