Our Enterprise Developer Experience (EDE) organization is expanding its AI capabilities and is seeking two experienced AI Platform professionals to support the deployment, administration, and operational management of enterprise AI solutions. This role will play a critical part in supporting and scaling AI technologies across the organization, including generative AI platforms, developer productivity tools, and AI-enabled enterprise services. The ideal candidate brings a blend of platform engineering, operational excellence, automation, and stakeholder management experience. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a highly technical environment, working across security, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure enterprise AI platforms are secure, scalable, and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and implementation of enterprise AI platforms and services.
• Own ongoing platform administration, operational management, and support activities.
• Monitor platform availability, performance, health, adoption, and utilization metrics.
• Drive incident resolution and coordinate vendor escalations when platform issues arise.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support procedures, knowledge articles, and platform documentation.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, feature releases, enhancements, and decommissioning efforts.
• Define and improve operational processes, support models, service-level objectives (SLOs), and performance metrics.
• Create onboarding, enablement, and training programs to drive adoption across the enterprise.
• Build automation solutions using scripting and tooling to streamline platform operations and administrative tasks.
• Design and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, AI platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
• Develop data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions to support platform operations, analytics, compliance, and adoption reporting.
• Partner closely with security, infrastructure, identity management, and engineering teams to ensure platforms meet enterprise governance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, infrastructure services, or SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, administering, or supporting AI, cloud, collaboration, or developer productivity platforms.
• Experience deploying enterprise SaaS solutions at scale.
• Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience building data extraction, transformation, reporting, and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Enterprise Security & Compliance Controls
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Strong background supporting production environments, incident management, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

• Financial services or highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience introducing and scaling new technologies across large organizations.
