Chief Operating Officer (COO) Franchise Operations Location: Allen, TX Preferred (Hybrid)

We strongly prefer candidates located in the Dallas Fort Worth area who can work from our Allen, Texas headquarters two to three days per week. Exceptional candidates who are willing to relocate or travel regularly for executive meetings and planning sessions will also be considered.

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $150,000 to $250,000 annually

We are looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner directly with our Founder and CEO as we scale from approximately 25 franchise locations today to more than 100 locations over the next few years and help make Special Strong a household name across America.

Compensation Total Compensation: $150,000 to $250,000 annually , based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day operations across the company

• Scale franchise operations across a rapidly growing national franchise system

• Build systems, processes, and technology that support sustainable growth

• Improve operational efficiency, profitability, and franchisee unit economics

• Develop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and accountability systems

• Oversee franchise support, onboarding, training, compliance, and operational excellence

• Recruit, coach, and develop high performing executive leaders

• Partner with the CEO to execute strategic priorities and company initiatives

• Improve financial performance and operational execution across every department

• Help prepare the company for future acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and long term growth

QualificationsRequired

• 10 or more years of executive leadership experience

• Franchise operations or multi unit operations experience

• Proven success scaling organizations through rapid growth

• Strong operational, financial, and strategic leadership skills

• Experience leading cross functional executive teams

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred

• EOS Integrator experience

• MBA

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, or post acquisition integration

• Experience working with private equity or preparing a company for acquisition

• Previous experience as a Chief Operating Officer, COO, Chief Operations Officer, Vice President of Operations, or senior operations executive
