Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Family Medicine Physician Los Angeles, CA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the organization s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient history, physical exams, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
Perform procedures within scope and document all patient encounters in EMR (EPIC).
Provide patient education, respond to special needs, and coordinate referrals.
Collaborate with NPs/PAs and other providers; rotate to cover other sites as needed.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
Participate in meetings, committees, and call panels as required.

Qualifications :

MD or DO with completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active/unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain).
Clinical experience beyond residency preferred; medical Spanish a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
