Surgery - General Physician

A Critical Access Hospital in rural Eastern Oregon is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to provide surgical care across the surgery clinic, operating room, and on-call services.
Position Highlights:

• Full-time General Surgery opportunity
• Surgery clinic volume of 22 patients per week, with opportunity for growth
• Typical case mix includes general surgery, endoscopy, colonoscopy, and emergency/trauma cases
• Provide general surgery and trauma call
• Round on surgery patients
• Serve as Trauma Medical Director with overall oversight of the Trauma program
• Provide leadership and educational guidance to the surgery team
• Collaborate with clinic and operating room leadership on best practices
• In-house staff assist with hospital privileging and credentialing
