Job Full Description

A Storage facility located in Seymour is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant
Part Time Hours - Monday / Wednesday / Friday 8am - 4:30pm and every other Saturday from 8am - 12 noon
(24 hours one week, 28 hours the next week)


This is a PERMANENT PART TIME ROLE


Responsibilities include:


Assist customers with renting storage units, follow up calls/emails as needed
Processing credit card payments into Quickbooks
Pay all invoices as directed
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable via Quickbooks
Order necessary office supplies
Coordinate storage customer accounts regarding payments and security deposits
Manage customer requests by phone and email
Various annual and monthly reports and filings in Quickbooks
Handling delinquent accounts and storage units (cutting locks)

Other responsibilities may include changing an office filter or sweeping in front of storage units to keep it clean and tidy!
