Couples & Relationship Therapist Full-Time | W-2 Position Honey Mental Health is seeking a passionate Couples & Relationship Therapist to join our growing clinical team. We welcome both fully licensed clinicians and select Limited License clinicians who are passionate about relationship work, eager to learn, and excited to build a long-term career specializing in couples and families. About Honey Honey Mental Health provides therapy, psychiatry, groups, and educational programming for adults, parents, teens, couples, and families throughout Michigan and Ohio. Position Overview This is a full-time W-2 position designed for clinicians who want to build a long-term career in private practice with a specialty in couples and relationship therapy. This role includes: Couples and marriage therapy Individual therapy Relationship-focused groups and workshops Ongoing consultation and professional development Opportunities to teach couples and relationship focused workshop and educational programming. Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in clinicians with experience or strong interest in: Couples Therapy Marriage Counseling Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Gottman Method Discernment Counseling Affair Recovery Communication & Conflict Resolution Parenting & Co-Parenting Premarital Counseling Blended Families Attachment-Based Therapy Intimacy & Sexual Wellness Advanced specialty training is encouraged but not required. We are equally interested in clinicians who demonstrate curiosity, emotional maturity, and a genuine desire to become exceptional relationship therapists. Responsibilities Build and maintain a full-time therapy caseload Provide couples, relationship, and individual therapy Facilitate or co-facilitate relationship-focused groups Participate in consultation and clinical supervision as appropriate Collaborate with Honey's multidisciplinary team Develop a specialty area within relationship therapy Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in Honey's collaborative and in-person team culture What Makes Honey Different At Honey, we don't simply hire therapists.
