RN - House Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated RN Charge Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Labor & Delivery and a proven track record in a charge nurse role. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high standards of patient care and staff leadership within the Labor & Delivery unit. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit. Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff. Ensure proper patient care delivery and adherence to protocols. Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Conduct regular staff meetings to address patient care concerns and operational improvements. Monitor patient outcomes and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Help train and orient new staff members. Schedule This position requires working 12-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of practice. Experience in Labor & Delivery is essential. Completion of the Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. All required health and safety clearances must be completed prior to onboarding. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
