Job Description The Marketing & Promotions Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to develop practical skills in marketing, promotions, communication, campaign coordination, and brand development. You will work closely with the team to help organize promotional activities, support marketing campaigns, prepare materials, communicate with internal teams and customers, and ensure projects are completed effectively and professionally. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns. Support the development and organization of promotional materials and marketing initiatives. Help coordinate events, campaigns, presentations, and promotional activities. Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and internal team members. Assist with market research and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance. Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials. Track campaign activities and help prepare performance updates and reports. Support administrative and organizational tasks related to marketing projects. Collaborate with team members to develop creative promotional ideas. Maintain accurate records, schedules, and campaign documentation. Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally during promotional initiatives and business activities. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities. Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and promotions. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
