Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Academic Primary Care Faculty Physician position within an Internal Medicine Residency clinic
• 90% clinical precepting and 10% administrative responsibilities
• No independent patient panel - all clinical work is performed in collaboration with residents only
• Approximately one day per week of protected administrative time
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and no call
• Academic faculty appointment at an affiliated medical school
• Residency continuity clinic located within a community health center serving a diverse urban population
• Strong collaboration with residency leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required or eligibility to obtain
• Passion for medical education, teaching, and mentorship is essential
• H1B cap-exempt organization
