HR Operations Specialist

In this role, you will do far more than manage calendars, coordinate global logistics, or maintain operational processes. You will help transform vision into action. By anticipating needs before they arise, leveraging creative new-age technology, and translating leadership concepts into engaging visual experiences, you will help our global initiatives come to life in ways that resonate deeply across Phillips. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.

Requirements

• 5+ years Human Resources related experience in the following areas:
• Developing materials and facilitating training for leadership
• Event planning and management
• Drafting reports from HRIS, cleaning data and creating dashboards
• Developing quality online team buildings and global meetings
• Calendar management.
• Computer Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft skills in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Mid-level skills in reporting tools e.g. Excel, Power BI or similar
• Experience with creative tools e.g. CANVA, iSpring Suite or Mindsmith.
• Experience with Survey tools e.g. survey monkey
