Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements

· Ensure meals are served on time and at appropriate temperatures

· Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area

· Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting

· Knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety regulations

· Ability to follow recipes and prepare food in large quantities

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

· ServSafe certification (preferred)

• Basic math skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
