We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Full-time, Licensed Practical Nurse, that will serve primarily in our memory care community. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring our residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. This position is a full-time day shift and has no overnights or after hours on call. However, you must be available and willing to work one weekend shift and holidays as needed/scheduled. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction Possess a current LPN license in the state of Washington Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Have attention to detail and clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality Ability to process care plans and other required documents in an efficient timeframe Benefits: Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
