The Role

We're looking for a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and set the tone for everything we do. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants more than a job title — they want ownership.

What You'll Do

• Own daily operations — staffing, scheduling, inventory, quality, and guest experience
• Hire, train, and develop a team that shares your standards
• Maintain consistent hospitality and product quality across every shift
• Identify and fix operational gaps; build systems that hold up as the business grows
• Work closely with ownership on culture, strategy, and long-term goals
• Be the operational leader your team looks to and the face customers remember

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in retail or hospitality management with direct team leadership experience
• A genuine love for hospitality — you care about the experience you're creating
• Experience in a startup, independent, or scrappy environment — you know how to figure things out
• An ownership mindset — you treat the business like it's yours
• Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
• Coffee experience is a plus, not a requirement

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary: $90,000–$110,000
