A well-established urology group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to support continued growth and rising patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative specialty team while maintaining autonomy in patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Physician Assistant opportunity
• Established private urology practice
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Independent clinic with established follow-up patients
• Hospital rounding responsibilities
• Shared weekend call rotation
• Additional compensation for call coverage
• Dedicated MA and scribe support
• Strong physician collaboration and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Manage established urology patients
• Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing treatment management
• Participate in hospital rounding and care coordination
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate closely with urologists on treatment plans

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Eligible for or currently holding PA licensure
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Interest in urology, surgery, or specialty care preferred
