About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Battery Charger Assembly
• Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$21.50/hr
• Location: Delano, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday–Thursday 7AM-5PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Technical background required.
• Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings (preferred).
• Familiarity and experience with hand and power tools (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision.
• Basic computer skills.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High drive and motivation to learn; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble sheet metal components using a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Build small to medium-sized assemblies by following work instructions, assembly drawings, and established procedures.
• Install circuit boards into sheet metal housings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform basic testing of completed assemblies to verify proper function and quality before they move to the next stage of production.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Use measuring tools and follow specifications to complete assemblies correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and maintain efficient workflow.
• Learn new assembly processes and product lines through hands-on training provided by the company.
