About the Opportunity We are partnering with a leading heavy civil contractor that is experiencing significant growth across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. With a strong backlog of work and multiple projects underway, they are seeking experienced Dirt/Grading Foremen to join the team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in the field, takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely, and has an established crew they can bring with them. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all day-to-day dirt and grading operations on heavy civil projects. Manage a crew of operators while ensuring production, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. Coordinate equipment, manpower, and daily work activities to keep projects on schedule. Read and interpret plans, grades, and project specifications. Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Survey teams to ensure work is completed accurately. Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain a strong safety culture. Monitor productivity, equipment utilisation, and material requirements. Ensure work is completed to company and client quality standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Dirt/Grading Foreman on heavy civil construction projects. Strong background in earthwork, excavation, grading, and site development. Experience managing crews of equipment operators. Ability to read construction drawings and understand grading plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Valid driver's licence. Start Date Immediate.
