Expectations: 

• Sourcing, screening, and conducting phone interviews on a daily basis

• Be prepared for daily meetings with the Recruiting Manager and or/Recruiter to discuss goals and the candidate pipeline 

• Ensure full lifecycle requisition management using our ATS (Workday)

• Send an updated recruiting tracking report by EOD every Friday 

• Updating current headcounts and upcoming new hire numbers on a regular basis 

• Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts

• Pre-hire candidate check-in (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation 

• Prioritizing “urgent items” – appropriate turnaround time to all internal/external customers 

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of recruiting or sales experience is preferred
• College Degree is preferred
• Professional experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Data Entry
• Professional experience with Social Media marketing and outreach is a plus
