Work Environment

Our onsite rehabilitation center promotes a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your regular schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for flexible hours based on patient and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to establish rehabilitation goals and design effective treatment methodologies.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that promote intentional movement and enhance the overall mobility of clients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate physical therapy interventions, fitness, and wellness strategies tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment processes, exercises, and lifestyle modifications that promote healing and prevent further injury.
• Foster a motivating environment during therapy sessions to encourage patient engagement and progress.
• Document treatment progress and outcomes meticulously to ensure continuity of care and facilitate effective communication with the healthcare team.
• Stay current with orthopedic rehabilitation advancements and participate in ongoing education and skill enhancement workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will emphasize functional rehabilitation, mobility improvement, and the promotion of an active lifestyle. As you create individualized treatment programs, you will address each client's unique challenges, preferences, and goals, making a significant impact on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
