Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering effective nursing care that leads to positive clinical outcomes and high levels of patient and family satisfaction.

As an LPN within our team , you will play a vital role in a collaborative care environment, assisting residents in a specialized brain injury program. This position allows you to provide hands-on care, monitor patient changes, and collaborate closely with nursing leadership to ensure consistent and thoughtful support for residents.

• Assess patients/residents to gather data, observe their conditions, and report any changes.
• Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physician orders.
• Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff members.

Compensation

Base Pay: $33.00 - $38.50 per hour, with additional Shift Differentials of up to $9.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program is required.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a practical nurse.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed in a skilled nursing facility or as mandated by state regulations in an assisted living setting.

Salary Range

Posted Salary Range: USD $33.00 - USD $47.00 per hour.
